Why we Do What We Do
Bill and Sandy Long are owner operators of the Auto Care Clinic in Front Royal and Woodstock, VA. In 2018, they began to dream about the possibility of blessing someone in need by giving away a car to assist their transportation needs.
In 2018, they decided to hold a free car giveaway contest to someone in need in the local community. They received over 40 nominations! Seeing the wonderful response from the community, they wished they could give a vehicle to everyone in need.
That’s when “Cars Changing Lives” was born.

OUR MISSION
To provide a person in need with a free, safe and reliable vehicle which will greatly improve their life.
How It Works
CARS CHANGING LIVES works directly with local non-profits to give donated vehicles to someone in need. Vehicles that we donate are primarily received through generous donations from members of the community. It is through monetary donations that we are able to assess, repair, and prepare donated vehicles for our recipients.
